Is there any benefit of you being located in Goulburn?

For computer upgrades and maintenance, Goulburn is ideally placed for service throughout the Southern Highlands, Tablelands and the ACT. Of Course, for hosting, the location is largely irrelevant, but our overheads and therefore charges are far lower than would be the case if we were located in one of the capital cities.

What is your mobile service?

We provide a fully equipped van to allow our technicians to perform service work throughout the regions described above.

What brand of computers do you service?

Virtually all makes of desktop, tablet and laptop computers. Also many types of servers and mainframe computers.

Why would we use you for hosting our website?

Firstly, because we provide 24X7 service. Secondly, because our servers are state of art and thirdly, because of our cost, extremely competitive.

If we already have a website or need an upgrade, what can you do for us?

We have a long-standing business relationship with ASPAC- CONSULTING where not only websites but the strategies, content-development and site maintenance have been provided to a wide range of business clients for many years.

Can you upgrade our website from a desktop-only format to mobile-responsive?

Yes. However, depending on the complexity of the existing website and how the code was constructed, it may be necessary to start with a new code template and reload the content – this will take time.
